A medical director's name goes on your protocols, your standing orders and your delegation records. If a board or a carrier ever asks questions, that physician's training and standing are part of the answer. You should be able to see both before you sign anything — and you should meet them before you do.

Balvant Arora, M.D., M.B.A.
Board-certified plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon
Dr. Arora is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than twenty years in practice in the United States. His background sits at the intersection that matters most for this work: he performs aesthetic medicine himself, and he has run the clinical governance side of a hospital.
He completed his general surgery residency at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York and his plastic surgery residency at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, followed by a cosmetic surgery fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and holds an M.B.A. in healthcare management, where he received the Outstanding Student Award.
He has served as an Assistant Professor at Stony Brook University and as Chief of Surgery and President of the Medical Staff at Stafford Hospital. Those are the roles that make protocol development, credentialing and quality assurance familiar practice rather than unfamiliar paperwork. He has been named among the Top Plastic Surgeons of Northern Virginia in multiple years, and has volunteered as a surgeon in India for two decades.

Rajendra Singh Rajput, M.S., M.Ch.
Plastic surgeon; Fellow of the ISHRS; certified trichologist
Dr. Rajput brings thirty years of dedicated practice and an academic record that is uncommon in aesthetic medicine. He was the first Indian surgeon elected a Fellow of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, and is an internationally certified trichologist.
He holds a patent for Cyclical Nutrition Therapy, published through the ISHRS Forum and since translated into Chinese, Italian and Japanese. He has twenty-one scientific publications to his name, including controlled clinical trials, read across seventy-five countries.
He has delivered more than three hundred presentations internationally and serves as invited faculty at national and international workshops, training surgeons from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, New Zealand and across Asia and the Middle East. He is a Basic Surgical Skills tutor for the Royal College of Surgeons and a trichology course tutor.

Where your state is not one in which our own physicians hold a current license, we identify a licensed physician there with genuine aesthetic-medicine experience, verify their license and standing at primary source, and introduce them to you before anything is signed. We do not put a name on your paperwork that you have never spoken to.
